1. Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return items within 30 days if they are unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy.

2. How long does order processing take?

1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. Use the Track My Order page and enter the tracking number from your confirmation email.

4. Where are the products made?

All MAI TAYLOR pieces are handcrafted in Vietnam by skilled artisans.

5. Can I machine-wash the products?

Most items are best dry-cleaned for durability. Please refer to the care label included with your garment.
